When can I start?

We will look to start your membership as soon as you are ready to join. We're super popular at the moment, but we will try our very best to find availability which matches your schedule & lifestyle.

If we unfortunately do not have any availability, we can reserve a space for you and get in contact as soon as availability opens up.

Do I need to match any criteria to join?

We welcome individuals of all ages (16+), fitness levels, and abilities. We meet you at your level, there are no specific criteria you need to match to join.

We pride ourselves on our accessibility and inclusivity. Our facilities are equipped to accommodate members with long-term injuries or disabilities, and our expert coaches are trained to provide personalised support and guidance to help you reach your fitness goals safely and effectively.

Are you an open gym?

We operate differently to traditional gyms. All memberships at TTMF are built around personalised coaching and individualised programming, not unrestricted access without guidance.

New members begin with our 12 Week Transformation, which combines structured 1:1 coaching, personalised training and mid-week cardio support, alongside open gym access on Saturdays and Sundays.

Once completed, members progress to our Graduate Programme, gaining open gym access seven days a week in our dedicated studio, alongside continued 1:1 coaching and ongoing support.

How much does a membership cost?

At TTMF, pricing is structured around outcomes, not access. Every membership includes comprehensive coaching, personalised programming, and 1:1 support - because meaningful results require more than a gym pass.

We take the time to understand your goals, experience and circumstances, then recommend the most appropriate level of support to achieve them. Our approach is always honest and considered, we will never advise you to invest more than is necessary, only what genuinely delivers the best possible results for you.

Do you have any more availability for consultations?

You can book your complimentary, no pressure, consultation by clicking here.

Due to extremely high demand, consultation availability can be limited at certain times. That said, our team does still have some availability, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. If you’re struggling to find a suitable appointment within your availability, please get in touch - we’ll work with you to arrange a consultation time that fits your schedule wherever possible.

What are your opening hours?

We offer extended opening hours to ensure training can fit around work, family and childcare commitments. Typically, we’re open from 7am to 8pm, with a short break in the middle of the day.

Where possible, we’re also able to offer additional flexibility to accommodate your schedule - our aim is always to make high-quality coaching accessible at a time that works for you.

What safety measures do you have in place, especially in light of COVID-19?

We have many policies in place to ensure your safety whilst in our gym.

All our coaches have up-to date first aid training & this training is repeated regularly. There will be staff supervision during all our opening hours.

We also keep our facilities to the highest of hygiene standards to avoid any spread of infection or illness. We clean all our machines and equipment several times daily, and we have professional cleaners in weekly. We also advise members not to attend their sessions or open gym if feeling unwell.

Can I cancel my session?

We understand that priorities can arise on short notice, and you may not be able to attend your 1 : 1 session.

As long as it is outside our cancellation period, you are able to easily cancel your session on our bookings app, or you can message your coach and they can cancel it for you. You will be refunded one credit, which you can use for another session.
