What Safety Measures Do You Have In Place, Especially In Light Of COVID-19?
We have many policies in place to ensure your safety whilst in our gym.
All our coaches have up-to date first aid training & this training is repeated regularly. There will be staff supervision during all our opening hours.
We also keep our facilities to the highest of hygiene standards to avoid any spread of infection or illness. We clean all our machines and equipment several times daily, and we have professional cleaners in weekly. We also advise members not to attend their sessions or open gym if feeling unwell.
Do I Need To Match Any Criteria To Join?
There are no specific criteria you need to match to join. We welcome individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities.
We pride ourselves on our accessibility and inclusivity. Our facilities are equipped to accommodate members with long-term injuries or disabilities, and our expert coaches are trained to provide personalised support and guidance to help you reach your fitness goals safely and effectively.
Are You An Open Gym?
All our new members must start with our Transformation Membership, this includes open gym on Saturday & Sunday combined with 1 : 1 private sessions & cardio mid-week.
Once you complete your transformation you will have access to our Graduate Programme, which includes open gym 7 days a week in our separate studio, alongside your Graduate 1 : 1 sessions.
What Are Your Opening Hours?
To ensure we can work with you around your employment & any childcare responsibilities, we have extended opening hours.
We are typically open from 7am to 8pm, however this may vary depending on used space, and we have freedom to extend opening hours further.
We will do what we can to ensure we have availability at a time that works for you.
When Can I Start?
We will look to start your membership as soon as you are ready to join.
We're super popular at the moment, but we will try our very best to find availability which matches your schedule & lifestyle.
If we unfortunately do not have any availability to match your schedule, we can reserve a space for you and get in contact as soon as availability opens up.
Can I Cancel My Session?
We understand that priorities can arise on short notice, and you may not be able to attend your 1 : 1 session.
As long as we are given 24 hours notice ahead of your session, you are able to easily cancel your session on our bookings app, or you can message your coach and they can cancel it for you. You will be refunded one credit, which you can use for another session.
If you wish to cancel within the 24 hour period, you may do so but unfortunately we will be unable to refund the credit session as this is typically too short notice to fill the space. Please still cancel your session, or send us a message as it avoids us trying to chase a missed session.
Do You Offer Amenities Like Showers, Lockers, Or Parking?
We have private showers & changing facilities that are free to use.
We have secure lockers, and our space is supervised with CCTV coverage.
We have limited parking spaces available outside the gym, which come on a first come basis. There is additional parking on the side of the road just up from the gym.
As we are super central to Hebden Bridge, we encourage any local members to walk to the gym, or running / cycling is a great way to skip warm up time for your session.
