Fit to Fierce

Annette joined us with a simple goal: to get fitter and leaner. What followed was a far more powerful transformation. Through consistent coaching and dedication, she developed a passion for strength training and built exceptional resilience.

Her progress led her from personal improvement to competitive powerlifting, becoming a competing athlete in her 50s - an example of what’s possible with personalised coaching and commitment.

Rob

Rehab & Recovery to an International Athlete

Rob first came to us seeking support with rehabilitation and recovery after a slipped disc left him with severe sciatica in both legs. Through careful, structured coaching, he worked closely with our team to rebuild stability, strength, and confidence.

What started as rehabilitation evolved into high-level performance - with Rob going on to compete internationally in HYROX alongside Coach Charlie.

"After years of on and off crippling pain, my back eventually decided to give up the ghost, eventually making it back to the gym last September.
Alex & Charlie set out a very specific training programme to strengthen my back, my core and build back strength and mobility.
So much was the success of the programme that, as a ridiculous New Year’s resolution, I decided to do a HYROX competition. Charlie set about on a new programme to get me ready, and offered to join me on my journey to exhaustion and beyond.
Charlie made the training so much fun, supporting me through periods of regret, lack of motivation and over excitement.

At the end of March 2024, a year after being laid up for over a month, Charlie and I completed HYROX, beating our target time.

James fully committed to his training and the process from day one. Through consistent work both inside the gym and by following structured systems outside of it, he quickly built momentum - progressing to training five to six times per week.

By transforming his lifestyle, reducing alcohol, improving his nutrition, and developing a genuine love for training, James created lasting change and saw the impact of his efforts in both how he felt and how he performed.
